Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hang tags and hygiene sticker still attached. You may request a return within 15 days after your order has been delivered. Return requests after 15 days may qualify for store credit. 

All orders will be inspected thoroughly before we provide a refund. Unfortunately, we do not pay for the return shipping cost at this time. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beachesonlyswim.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

 

Please email info@beachesonlyswim.com to start the exchange process. Exchanges are welcomed within 15 days of the delivery date. 

REFUND

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
